Shed Siding Types
Duratemp (D-temp): solid core plywood with an outermost ~1/8″ thick composite layer designed to hold onto latex paint. The durability of both D-temp and high-quality ‘rubberized’ latex coating is perfectly suited to endure New England weather.
Board and Batten (B&B): Lakeside’s B&B consists of 4′ wide Duratemp wall panels with decorative MiraTEC “Battens”, creating the classic B&B look but with a weather-tight finish.
Vinyl: Traditional vinyl clapboard overlaid on house-grade plywood. Vinyl siding includes painted aluminum trim and flashing. Vinyl is most popular with those looking for zero-maintenance structures.
Deluxe Lapp Siding: This wood-based siding is very heavy duty and durable, and has an added wood grain texture to the surface, offering an authentic look.
