Custom Ordered Item(s)
Requesting a cancellation, addition, subtraction, or modification to your custom order must happen via email no later than 7 days from payment of your deposit.
Items that are custom-ordered are considered final sale once the items have been shipped from our manufacturing partners, and no returns will be permitted. Canceling a custom order before the item is shipped from our partners may be permitted (but not guaranteed) and is subject to a 15% administration and restocking fee.
Custom Shed Policies
The customer is responsible for acquiring the local town permit, if required, as well as determining compliance with local code for setbacks, borders, footings, and slabs. Lakeside is not responsible for shed location, or the costs incurred if you need to relocate your shed after delivery.
If your RI state code requires two hurricane tie downs to a shed, the customer is responsible for installing them, should they choose not to have Lakeside do so. The location for the new shed must be within 12″ of level and have no barriers or obstructions in its way. Any site work needing to be done on the day of delivery, and outside the scope of this invoice, will be billed accordingly.
All lead times and estimated delivery dates are subject to change. Lakeside Trading LLC retains ownership of the shed until payment is made in full.
New In-Stock Shed or Large Structure
In-stock shed purchases may be canceled within 7 days of purchase, prior to delivery, for a full refund minus a 6% service fee. If the shed has already been loaded for delivery, or has been delivered, that sale is deemed final sale and no refund will be issued.
Used Sheds
Used sheds are sold AS IS with no returns possible.
In-stock items: Furniture, Yard Art, Statuary, Birding, Carvings, etc.
Returns of in-stock outdoor furniture are accepted up to 7 seven days from purchase with receipt. All items must be in brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or damage. Lakeside Trading reserves the right not to accept a return if we deem the products damaged in any way. Delivery fees apply if you need Lakeside Trading to retrieve your items.
